Why is my PieSync account frozen?

Due to 2 reasons it can be that your PieSync account is frozen:

  1. You started a 14-day free trial and your trial expired. Subscribing to a plan on your billing page will unfreeze your account.
  2. You have a PieSync account but something went wrong when charging your card (eg. insufficient funds, expired card, ...)
    We will always send you messages to inform you if a transaction failed, giving you time to resolve this problem. However after a while your account automatically is frozen until the transaction is able to go through again.
