Aircall empowers Sales & Support teams to ace every call with a phone system specifically built for their favorite business tools.
Below you'll find detailed information, specifically for Aircall integrations:
Supported Aircall Integrations
We simply ask your login details and your permission.
For Aircall, we need your API ID and API Token. You can generate these within Aircall > Company > API keys > Add an API key.
If you already authorized Aircall account(s) in the past or in any other PieSync integration, you'll be able to the first part of the authorization and choose from your CONNECTED ACCOUNTS.
It's possible that the contacts only appear based on a search in Aircall, instead of being available as a list.

Default Field Mapping
Depending on the other app you're syncing with, you'll see a number of standard Aircall fields being mapped by default. For instance, in a connection with Google Contacts, the default field mapping looks like this:
Customizable Field Mapping
For now, Aircall does not support customizable contact fields. Therefore, you can only custom map any additional standard fields that aren't included in the default mapping yet. Bear in mind a mapping between two fields can only exist if the types of fields are compatible and the particular compatibility will determine the direction of the mapping as well. More information on Customizable Field Mapping HERE.
A mandatory Aircall setting is for phone numbers to be formatted according to the E.164 recommended standard (i.e. max. 15 digits preceded by a + and the country prefix).
