Supported PrestaShop Integrations
For us to connect to your PrestaShop account, we need the following things:
1. Your app's domain. This can be found in your browser URL. For instance on the below screenshot this is 'prestashopdemo.eu'.
2. A Webservice key having the required permissions. You can find your keys by going to 'Advanced Parameters' → 'Webservice' as shown on the below screenshot. The key needs to have all permissions on Addresses, Customers and Groups.
If you already authorized PrestaShop account(s) in the past or in any other PieSync integration, you are able to choose from your connected accounts.

Default Field Mapping
Depending on the other app you're syncing with, you'll see a number of standard PrestaShop fields being mapped by default. For instance, in a connection with Salesforce, the default field mapping looks like this:
Customizable Field Mapping
For now, we don't support PrestaShop custom contact fields. Therefore, you can only custom map any additional standard fields that aren't included in the default mapping yet. Bear in mind a mapping between two fields can only exist if the types of fields are compatible, and the particular compatibility will determine the direction of the mapping as well. Currently, there are no PrestaShop integrations on the PieSync platform that support our deletions sync.
Syncing Newsletter subscriptions
The PrestaShop integration allows you to sync newsletter subscriptions. You are completely flexible in the way you want to set this up for you business. For example you can update an checkbox field, add a specific tag or update any other value that you have in place right now.
