Supported Prosperworks Integrations

Authorizing Prosperworks

We access through the ProsperWorks API. This access is available to ProsperWorks users on Professional & Business plans, i.e. NOT to Basic users.
When you click 'Authorize ProsperWorks', a pop-up window appears requesting to enter your e-mail & API Key. Don't worry, though, we treat your data securely with absolute confidentiality!

If you already authorized Prosperworks in the past or in any other PieSync integration, you'll be able to skip this step and choose from your CONNECTED ACCOUNTS.

[IF] Supported Conditions/Filters

By default we'll sync any contact in your Prosperworks list of contacts (section "People"). You can choose to have PieSync only sync a subset of these:

  • (does not have) TAG
  • (not) OWNED BY
  • (not) ASSIGNED
  • a filter on FIELDS, including CUSTOM FIELDS

[THEN] Supported Actions

When you are syncing contacts into Prosperworks, you can choose to have specific actions take place:

  • update CONTACT FIELDS, including CUSTOM FIELDS

Default Field Mapping

Prosperworks contact records offer ample fields to store contact information. Depending on the other app you're syncing with, a default mapping is proposed. This could look like this, on the left, Google, on the right, Prosperworks.

If you are expecting some Prosperworks fields to appear here and they are not, it is likely the other app does not support this field by default and they will have to be custom mapped

PieSync syncs the default name field(s) that come with the apps. Sometimes they have a different structure in both apps you connect. E.g. first and last names are separate in app A and joint in one field in app B. In the background, PieSync joins first and last names together from app A to B and separates them again from app B to A. Our algorithm is smart about which part it updates in app B

Customizable Field Mapping

This feature allows you to create custom mappings, defining which contact fields should be kept in sync between your applications, including standard and custom fields. Want to know more about setting up custom fields in ProsperWorks? Find out here!

The customizable field mapping is set up and shown in the white part below the default field mapping in the configuration. You can add an unlimited amount of mappings and remove, enable/disable them anytime. More information on Customizable Field Mapping.

Additional Options

Syncing Deletions

In connections between Google Contacts and ProsperWorks, you are able to sync deletions one-way from Google Contacts to ProsperWorks. When a contact gets deleted in Google Contacts, we add the tag 'PieSync Trash' to that same contact in ProsperWorks. You will be able to review this segment first before deleting or taking any other action in ProsperWorks too.

Syncing Unsubscribes

In connections between ProsperWorks and some marketing tools we support such as e.g. MailChimp, you are able to SYNC UNSUBSCRIBES one-way. When a contact gets unsubscribed in your marketing tool, we add the tag 'PieSync Unsubscribes' to that same contact in ProsperWorks. You will be able to review this segment first before taking any action in ProsperWorks too.

The availability to Sync Unsubscribes/Deletions is app and connection dependent. If the box (screenshots above) is not there to tick, it's simply not possible. We need to be able to detect unsubscribes/deletions on one side and at the same time be able to create add the tag 'PieSync Unsubscribes' or ‘PieSync Trash’ on the other side. More Information on Syncing Unsubscribes here or on Deletions here.
Thanks to the feedback we have already received, we created a list of popular apps that we’re going to work on very soon. By voting them up in our pipeline, YOU decide which connectors we’ll release first. If you don’t see your app on the list or need any further help, drop us a line -  Don't forget to read our blog for the latest in productivity, apps, and technology!
